3rd Annual Fall Family Fun Festival Recap

WATCH THE RECAP VIDEOS HERE!

On November 8, 2025, At The Outlet, Inc. proudly hosted our 3rd Annual Fall Family Fun Festival, welcoming over 500 attendees for a day filled with creativity, movement, and community connection. As a QCO-certified 501(c)(3) performing arts enrichment organization, our mission is to remove barriers to access—and this festival did exactly that by offering 100% FREE family-friendly programming for our community.

Community Power in Action

This year’s festival was made possible through the generous support of Walmart Store #2515, who sponsored the event with a $2,000 donation. Their contribution provided:

  • Raffle items for families

  • Hot dogs, chips, water, and snacks

  • Support that allowed us to keep the event completely free

Their investment directly supported youth, families, and community engagement, and we are deeply grateful for their partnership.

Youth Voice, Performance & Movement

At the heart of the festival was youth expression through the arts. Our dance battle brought energy and excitement, while our first-ever Kids Dance Battle created a safe and encouraging platform for young performers to step into the spotlight.

We also hosted our signature Youth Explosion showcase, featuring 12 student entries who demonstrated confidence, creativity, and growth through movement. These performances embodied what ATO stands for—real opportunities for students to be seen, celebrated, and empowered.

Fun for the Whole Family

The Fall Family Fun Festival offered something for everyone, creating a space where families could play, connect, and relax together. Activities included:

  • A petting zoo

  • Bounce houses

  • Lawn games throughout the venue

  • Face painting

  • Cardboard City, a collaborative coloring and creative build space for kids

These hands-on activities encouraged imagination, teamwork, and joyful movement across all ages.

Vendors, Volunteers & Community Support

We were proud to feature 14 local vendors, highlighting small businesses and community resources that serve families across the Phoenix area.

The event was also supported by 12 dedicated volunteers from:

  • VGC Young Adults

  • Bank of America

Their time and service were essential to creating a welcoming, safe, and organized experience for every family who attended.

Why This Festival Matters

The Fall Family Fun Festival is more than a celebration—it’s a reflection of our year-round commitment to:

  • Youth empowerment through the performing arts

  • Free, accessible community programming

  • Real-world performance opportunities

  • Building strong community partnerships

By removing cost barriers and centering youth creativity, we create spaces where families feel welcomed and students can thrive.

Looking Ahead

As we celebrate the success of our third annual festival, we are energized by the growth, impact, and community support surrounding At The Outlet, Inc. We look forward to continuing to expand opportunities, deepen partnerships, and create meaningful experiences for youth and families in the years ahead.

Thank you to our students, families, volunteers, vendors, and sponsors—especially Walmart Store #2515—for making this event unforgettable.
