Annual Registration Fee: $25 per person

CLASS/CLUB/CLINIC/CAMP STUDENT ENROLLMENT FORM
Recurring Classes are $ 50 a month for one class a week!
(EX. DANCE - 1 session a week = $ 12.50 a week)
Recurring Classes are $ 75 a month for two classes a week!
(EX. DANCE & ART - 1 session a week per class = $ 18.75 a week)
Recurring Classes are $100 a month for three classes a week!
(EX. DANCE, ART, & A/V PRODUCTION - 1 session a week per class = $ 25.00 a week)
Recurring Classes are $125 a month for up to four classes a week!
(EX. DANCE, ART, A/V PRODUCTION & THEATRE - 1 session a week per class = $ 31.25 per week)
Drop In Sessions are $15 a session!
Clinics are $ 65 per student (4 week session)
Clubs are $5 per week (Drop in = $ 10)
Camps are $ 200 a week per student
Sibling Discounts: 10% for 2nd Student, 5% for each additional student
DROP IN RATES - (NON-REGISTERED STUDENTS) - $20 per clinic class and $50 per day for weekly camp
SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS
Student Showcase at the end of each session. This would be a great entry/exit point for students however, students are welcomed to join and discontinue any time!
Some Classes/Clubs/Clinics will not officially start until there is a minimum of 3 registered students!
