🦖 Our First Trunk-or-Treat: A Jurassic-Sized Success!

We had an absolutely dino-mite time participating in our first-ever Trunk or Treat at Valley Gate Church’s Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 4–7 PM! The event was full of family fun, creativity, and community spirit—and ATO Academy was thrilled to be part of the excitement in Tempe, AZ.

Our team combined our Pet Lovers Club with a Jurassic Park–themed trunk, transforming our setup into a prehistoric adventure zone! Coach Prince, Coach Tae, and Coach Ray gave students and park visitors a chance to meet our very own “dinosaurs,” including Tamika the Bearded Dragon, one of our Sulcata turtles, a slider turtle, and two of our friendly Texas Brown Desert tortoises.

Guests also enjoyed a variety of fun, hands-on activities! Coach Sha hosted a watercolor animal and safari-themed art station, where children painted and took home their own masterpieces. Meanwhile, Coach Lay brought the excitement with a Sweet Treat Dino Dig, where participants unearthed candy prizes hidden beneath “fossil” sand.

And of course, we can’t forget our special guest dino—Coach Naynaysaura HI-Tops! 🦕 She brought big smiles and even bigger energy to the crowd, giving high-fives, hugs, and posing for photos with guests who wanted to meet a dancing dinosaur up close!

It was an unforgettable evening filled with laughter, creativity, and community connection. We loved celebrating alongside so many families, sharing our love for animals, and showcasing the fun side of learning through interactive outreach events.

📸 Photo gallery Below! Don't worry our prehistoric adventure will be back for our 3rd Annual Fall Family Fun Festival on November 8, 2025 from 12-8 pm at Arizona Automotive Institute, so you still have an chance to enjoy this roaring good time with us!
