ATO Inc. Wraps 2024 with an Inspiring EOY Vision Casting Coaches Meeting!

As we closed out 2024, the ATO team came together for an End-of-Year 2025 Vision Casting Coaches Meeting to reflect, plan, and dream big for the year ahead. Each Coach shared their department's vision and perspective for growth, sparking inspiration and unveiling exciting possibilities for expanded community outreach.

One of the highlights of the meeting was the surprise Coach Candy Awards from Coach Lay, a sweet reminder that recharging our batteries starts with celebrating our wins and cheering each other on. It was a fun and uplifting way to close the year while motivating us for the work ahead!

Looking to 2025, we’re excited to bring as many of these shared ideas to life. Our first immediate step is to host a Quarterly Advisory Board Member Panel, starting in February/March. We are also actively seeking to fill several roles on our Advisory Board to help us meet our goals for the year.

• Marketing and Public Relations Advisor

• Fundraising Coordinator

• Compliance and Regulation Officer

• Grant and Development Coordinator

• Volunteer Coordinator

• Homeschool Outreach Liaison

• Athletic and Sports Outreach Liaison
