Closing the Year on a High Note:

Robson Rockettes Cheer Squad - December PBIS Awards Rally

We were honored to close out the year by partnering with Robson Elementary for their December PBIS Awards Rally, where our ATO Cheer and Dance students had the opportunity to perform and celebrate student achievement.

The PBIS Rally recognizes positive behavior, leadership, and community values—making it the perfect setting for our students to share their energy, talent, and teamwork. Through movement and performance, our dancers helped elevate the celebration and bring joy to students, staff, and families in attendance.

Performing With Purpose

For our students, this experience was about more than performing—it was about:

• Supporting a school community

• Celebrating positive choices and leadership

• Using the arts to uplift and inspire others

These moments reinforce what we believe at At The Outlet, Inc.: that performing arts are a powerful tool for connection, encouragement, and community building.

A Meaningful Way to End the Year

Closing out the year at Robson’s PBIS Awards Rally was a meaningful reminder of why we do this work. When students are given opportunities to perform with purpose, they gain confidence, pride, and a deeper understanding of how their talents can serve others.

We are grateful to Robson Elementary for the invitation and for allowing our students to be part of such a positive and impactful celebration.
