Merry Mixer - Jingle, Mingle, Games & Giggles

A Perfect Way to End the Year:

ATO’s 1st Annual Merry Mixer

On December 19, At The Outlet, Inc. hosted our 1st Annual Merry Mixer—a heartfelt celebration created by our staff as a way to say thank you to the students, families, volunteers, and supporters who plugged into our community all year long.

The Merry Mixer wasn’t about performances or rehearsals. It was about connection, appreciation, and joy—and it was truly the perfect way to close out an incredible season.

An Evening of Fun, Food & Fellowship

Families gathered for a relaxed and joyful evening filled with:

  • A gaming night featuring all types of games

  • A shared spaghetti dinner

  • Christmas Carol Karaoke, full of laughter and holiday spirit

  • Time to connect, unwind, and simply enjoy being together

One of the sweetest moments of the night was celebrating Coach Prince’s 50th birthday, complete with dessert and lots of love—reminding us that our community celebrates people, not just programs.

Gifts With Meaning

Every detail of the Merry Mixer was intentional and rooted in gratitude.

  • All adult volunteers, chaperones, and parents received a student-painted terracotta pot with a succulent, symbolizing how their time, care, and support help our program bloom and grow.

  • All students received a sensory light bulb, a small but meaningful reminder of how much we appreciate them and how they help our community glow through their creativity, energy, and presence.

These tokens were simple, but the message behind them was powerful: you matter here.

More Than a Celebration

As a QCO-certified 501(c)(3) performing arts enrichment organization, At The Outlet, Inc. thrives because of the village that surrounds our students. The Merry Mixer was a chance to pause, reflect, and express gratitude for every family, volunteer, and supporter who made the year possible.

It reminded us that what we’re building is more than programming—it’s community.

Ending the Season Full of Gratitude

Laughter, music, shared meals, and meaningful moments filled the room, leaving us all with full hearts and lasting memories. The 1st Annual Merry Mixer was not just an event—it was a reflection of who we are and what we value.

Thank you to every student who showed up and shined. Thank you to every family and volunteer who helped us grow. Thank you for making this season unforgettable.

We can’t wait to do it again.
