Convocation 2025: Let There Be Sound

This past Sunday, our school family came together for a powerful and joy-filled Convocation Service that set the tone for the 2025–2026 year. Themed “Let There Be Sound,” the day was filled with energy, inspiration, and connection for our students, coaches, and stakeholders.

A Day of Inspiration & Connection

We kicked off with icebreaker games that got everyone laughing and engaged, followed by student-led selections that reminded us of the incredible gifts and leadership already present in our community. A motivational charge kept the energy high, and before long, creativity was overflowing into an impromptu dance and karaoke after-party (which may or may not have been fueled by the sweet treats at our ice cream social 🍦).

Gratitude for Our Village

We are especially grateful to our special guests, families, and stakeholders who chose to spend part of their Labor Day weekend with us. Your presence, encouragement, and investment mean so much to our students and coaches as we move into a new year of learning, creativity, and growth.

Exciting Highlights

  • We officially launched the first edition of our school newsletter, which was warmly received and will keep our community informed and inspired throughout the year.

  • Out-of-state board members and stakeholders were able to join via live session link, helping us stay connected across distance.

Moving Forward Together

Our Convocation reminded us that this year is about more than academics—it’s about community, creativity, and finding our collective voice. With the theme “Let There Be Sound,” we are ready to raise our voices, share our talents, and make a lasting impact throughout the year ahead.

Here’s to a year filled with purpose, passion, and powerful sound!
