AAI Employee Awards Impact the Community AGAIN!

Arizona Automotive Institute (AAI) recognizes students and employees monthly! This impacts the community because the employee of the month is designated to a non-profit organization of the selected employee's choice. In December of 2023, none other than OUR COACH PRINCE, Program Lead of the Diesel Heavy Truck Program of AAI was selected as the "Instructor of the Month"!!! Congrats, COACH PRINCE, we are so proud of you! Special thanks to AAI for being an organization that takes time, resources, and puts forth effort to highlight valuable employees! Keep making a difference!

Safety & Supervision Statement


At The Outlet, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering creative and academic enrichment programs for K–12 youth through our private microschool, ATO Academy, and community-based arts programming across Phoenix. We serve students through flexible, small-group instruction on-site and structured mobile programs at schools, churches, and community venues.

We are not a licensed daycare, charter, or residential care provider, and do not offer unsupervised care. All staff and volunteers are background-checked and trained in youth safety, supervision, and emergency protocols. All educators and coaches are required to hold valid fingerprint clearance cards.

​

Our team includes certified educators, trained coaches, teaching artists, and volunteers dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive learning environment for all students, including those with IEPs or 504 plans. We are proud to be an accredited Out-of-School Time vendor with AZ CASE (Arizona Center for Afterschool Excellence).

​
